You will receive a new training plan for each training phase, pre-loaded into your personalised training dashboard for you to access anywhere, anytime from your phone, tablet or computer. 

After a complimentary initial consultation and body composition scan, you will receive your custom training plan complete with nutrition guidance,. 

Coach and client check-in's happen weekly to ensure you are remaining on track with your fitness goals
